Ashtanga Yoga Intensive

An in-depth practice over alignment, breathing techniques, sun salutations,
transitions, jumping through, and jumping back, how to move deeper in forward bends, back bends, inversions and hand standing. Students will receive one-on-one assistance to help build a personal practice suitable for their needs. Perfect for a beginner or those who wish to move deeper into their practice.

When: Saturdays March 20th - May 1st
Time: 1:00-2:30pm in MPR C
Cost: $25

Learn how to teach your very own Yoga class. Great for those wishing to become an instructor or build a stronger home practice!
